What “done” looks like

When the install is complete, here is the artifact you own and the service level it runs on:

  • Every new lead from your website form, catering page, or shared inbox gets a personal reply in under 60 seconds, 24 hours a day.
  • The reply is written in your voice, references the event type the guest mentioned, answers the two or three questions you get most often, and includes your booking link or a request for the missing details you need.
  • Leads are tagged by type (catering, private event, reservation, press, vendor) so the right ones rise to the top of your day.

How we install it

The install is the same three phases for every Ayothedoc client.

Will the replies sound like a robot wrote them?

What if a lead asks something the system does not know?

The system answers what it is confident about, then hands the message to you with a one-line summary and a suggested reply. It will not guess on pricing, dietary questions, or anything that needs your judgment.

Do I have to switch reservation systems or my POS?
