Frequently asked questions

Do we have to switch CRMs or replace our store?

What happens if a sync breaks or an API changes?

We monitor the syncs as part of Operate. If something breaks, we are the ones who notice and fix it, usually before you do. The reconciliation report also catches silent drift.

Will the AI write back to our CRM without us seeing it?

Only inside rules you approve during Install. We default to the least AI necessary. Routine, low-risk updates (order tags, last order date) sync automatically. Anything customer-facing is drafted for review until you decide otherwise.
